* We need 24 hours on a weekday to sharpen your knives. That means if your knives arrive on a Friday, we will have them sharpened and ready to ship back to you on a MondayOn weekdays, empty knife envelopes will be dispatched to you on the day, if ordered before 1pm Pacific Standard Time.While we do our best to provide the fastest possible services, unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery times.
